code of practice as well as staying abreast of relevant changes in the letting world.
We offer different levels of service, to provide the convenience and peace of mind that you require. Our fees are
competitive and may be open to negotiation depending on the level of services that you require:
- Full Management Service: Marketing of the property; carrying out viewings; introduction and vetting of the tenants; preparing the
tenancy agreement and inventory, if required; checking in the tenant; periodic inspections of the property; raising any
maintenance issues; collecting and processing of rental payments; liaising with the tenant towards the end of the tenancy to
renew the tenancy agreement or to check out, as applicable.
- Letting Only: Finding and vetting suitable tenants; preparing the tenancy agreement and the inventory. The landlord
remains responsible for maintaining the property.
- Caretaker Management: If your property is empty for short periods of time, we are happy to check on it to
ensure that it is looked after.
All you need to do is decide which level of service will suit you. Whatever your choice, we offer all our clients:

We encourage you to take out insurance as it gives extra security and peace of mind. We
ensure that you are offered insurance cover, including rental guarantee cover; legal expenses cover; contents insurance;
buildings insurance; and emergency repair service. We can assist you in choosing reliable insurance agents that will
provide cover at the best prices whatever protection you require.
- UK Wide Network
We liaise with associated letting & management agents to offer a national relocation service.
This ensures that you have a wider target market for your property.
- Gas & electrical checks
We can supervise the transfer of gas and electricity and ensure that a reliable
registered agent is used.
