Whether you wish to rent or buy we provide a home search service that can provide you with the ideal location you are
searching for within the UK or elsewhere. This service is convenient, fast, personal, accurate and affordable. We will take
into account what you are looking for and then narrow down the search to the properties that meet your criteria so that you
can avoid the frustration and annoyance of such a task.
Purchasing a Property
- Level 1: This service will search for and locate a property for you. From the detailed questionnaire that you have
completed we will then narrow our findings down to a few properties that you can choose from. The negotiation between the
professional bodies such as the estate agents and the solicitors will be left to you.
- Level 2: This builds on from Level 1 and takes the service a stage further. We are only too happy to
negotiate with the relevant professional agents on your behalf, keeping you fully informed at all times.
Renting a Property
- Should you require accommodation to rent, again we will search for the right property to meet your needs.

Please note: If you wish to register for our relocation service to purchase a property, there is an initial non-refundable
administration fee. Registration lasts for up to one year, and a further fee is only payable when either level of service is achieved.
