Tenant Services
- Finding a property
We are specially equipped to assist tenants in finding properties. We ensure that you are
contacted as soon as a suitable property becomes available.
- Viewing
We arrange viewing to suit you. Because we offer an out-of-hours service, we are only too willing
to arrange a time to accommodate you.
- Application
We can assist you in completing an application form.
- References
You will need to supply us with suitable referees. These must include your employer, any former
landlord and a character reference. In addition to this a credit check will be undertaken.
- Rent
This is quoted by calendar month. Tenants are responsible for the council tax, water rates, gas,
electricity and telephone costs.
- Deposit
A deposit will be required prior to occupation.
